Pam Headridge
Pam Headridge is currently in her seventeenth year as the head cheerleading coach at Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Washington. She has been honored as National Cheerleading Coach of the Year, National Federation Interscholastic Spirit Association Section Eight Coach of the Year, and Washington State Cheerleading Coach of the Year. Recently, Coach Headridge was inducted into the Washington State Cheerleading Coaches Association Hall of Fame for her outstanding contributions to the cheerleading industry. As a widely respected public speaker, Headridge travels the country talking on a variety of topics concerning cheerleading and coaching. She has become a highly sought-after presenter, addressing a range of subjects from how to handle conflict with cheerleaders and parents to fun ways to motivate athletes.
