Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon was born in 1935 in Akron, IA. After graduating from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA, in 1958, he began a coaching career that has ranged from junior high school to high school, junior college, and to Division III college-level coaching. During the 20 years as a head coach at Vermilion Community College, in Ely, MN; Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby, IL; and Joliet Junior College in Joliet, IL; he won 127 games and lost 73. During this time his teams appeared in five Midwest Bowl games and he was named conference coach-of-the-year in the North Central Community College Conference five times. On his retirement in 1994, he was elected to the National Junior College Athletic Association Football Coaches Hall of Fame, as well as the NJCAA Region Four Hall of Fame. Since 1994 he has coached part-time and is currently serving as an assistant coach at Aurora University in Aurora, IL.
