Tom Saterdalen
Tom Saterdalen has been a teacher/coach for 38 years, the past 29 at Bloomington Jefferson (MN) High School. During his tenure as the head hockey and tennis coach, his teams have won a combined total of nine state championships. He has been selected Minnesota Coach of the Year five times and was chosen National Coaches Association Special Coach of the Year in 1994. In his exceptional coaching career, Saterdalen has helped develop over 70 Division I and 80 Division II and III athletes. Nineteen of his hockey players have gone on to the professional ranks, seven to the NHL.
