Rick Pederson
Rick Pederson is the head baseball coach at his alma mater, Iowa Central Community College. Since assuming the reins of the Tritons’ baseball program in 2003, Pederson has led Iowa Central to exceptional success, including a 221-88-1 record, five region XI championships, and three NJCAAII World Series appearances. For his efforts, he has received numerous honors, including being named the 2003 NJCAAII National Coach of the Year in 2003. As a player at Iowa Central, he earned first-team All-American honors as a third baseman. Subsequently, he continued his intercollegiate playing career at NAIA power Grand View College, where he was again accorded All-American honors.
