Steve Schultze

Steve Schultze is the head football coach at Osbourn High School in Manassas, Virginia, a position he assumed in 2002. Previously, he served as an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Loudoun County High School in Leesburg, Virginia, under Pat McManus for 15 years. In 2006, he led the Osbourn Eagles to the Virginia AAA Division 6 state title and won the Washington Post All Met Coach of the Year, as well as earning Virginia AAA Division 6 Coach of the Year honors. Schultze inherited a program that was 2-38 the four years prior to his arrival at Osbourn and turned the program into being nationally ranked and state champions in five years, while using the spread jet attack. Schultze is widely respected as one of the top interscholastic coaches in the game.
