Joe Daniels

Joe Daniels is the passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach at The Ohio State University. Since joining the Buckeyes’ staff, he has helped develop several highly regarded quarterbacks. Prior to coming to Ohio State, he spent four years on the staff at the University of Cincinnati. He is a 1964 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he earned four letters as a running back. One of the most highly respected coaches in the game, Daniels launched his coaching career in 1964 at the high school level. A list of his coaching stints during his career includes positions on both the collegiate (East Stroudsburg State, New Hampshire, Boston College, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Akron) and the professional (Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets) levels.
