Mike Lalli

Mike Lalli is the head football coach at Chantilly (VA) High School, a position he assumed in 2005. In his first two years on the job, he took the Chargers from being winless in 2004 to being a state finalist in 2006. A 1993 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned two letters as a walk-on defensive back, Lalli began his coaching career in 1994 as an assistant at The College of the Holy Cross. His coaching resume also includes stints at George Mason University, Breton Ireton (VA) High School, St. John’s College (Washington, D.C.) High School, and Fairfax (VA) High School. One of the most respected interscholastic coaches in the game, Lalli has been honored several times for his coaching achievements.
