Phillip Blackwell
Phillip Blackwell is an assistant football coach at Perry Hall High School in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to accepting his present position in 2008, he spent the previous six seasons on the staff at Overlea (MD) High School, where he coached wide receivers and defensive backs. During his career, he has coached a number of players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Currently, Blackwell serves as the regional director for Elite Pro Football Combines, as well as a national field consultant with the National Athletic Testing System.
