Paul Failla

Paul Failla is the offensive coordinator at Indiana University at Pennsylvania, a position he assumed in 2006. Prior to that, he served in the same position at St. Francis (PA) University for four seasons (2002-2005). While at St. Francis, he helped the Red Flash's offensive unit establish 43 school and Northeast conference records. A 1995 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he had a standout two-sport career in football and baseball, Failla began his coaching career in 1996 at the interscholastic level. During his tenure as a coach, he has earned a highly regarded reputation for his ability to install and direct a high-powered passing attack.
