Brian Callahan
Brian Callahan is the offensive line coach/running game coordinator at The University of Akron. Since joining the Zips’ gridiron staff in 2004, Callahan has helped mold an offensive line that is one of the most productive units in the Mid-American Conference. Before coming to UA, he served as an assistant football coach at the University of Texas-El Paso for four seasons. A 1992 graduate of Eastern Illinois, Callahan has also held positions on the gridiron staffs at Louisville, Oklahoma, Northern Michigan, and Pittsburgh. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children—Lauren, Grace, and Kevin.
