Herb Hand

Herb Hand is the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at the University of Tulsa, which had the number one ranked offense in Division 1A in 2007. His spread no-huddle philosophy has been influenced by coaching stints at Clemson University and West Virginia University, where he worked with the offensive line and tight ends respectively. While at West Virginia, the offense consistently finished in the top ten in rushing nationally, being ranked number two twice (2006 and 2002). During his tenure at WVU, the Mountaineers were a combined 22-3 from 2005-2006, with Sugar and Gator Bowl victories over Georgia and Georgia Tech and back-to-back top-ten finishes (5th and 10th) for the first time in school history.
