Frank Lenti

Frank Lenti is the head football coach at Mount Carmel High School in Chicago, Illinois—one of the most esteemed interscholastic gridiron programs in the country. Since assuming his present position in 1984, Lenti has led his teams to exceptional success, including a record of 228-36, nine state championships, and 13 Catholic League titles. In addition, his teams have won 10 or more games in each of the past 17 years and have qualified for the state tournament in 18 straight seasons. Among the numerous honors Lenti has received in his extraordinary career are being named “High School Coach of the Century” by the Chicago Tribune in 1999 and Nike USA High School Coach of the Year in 1998.
