Eddie Hill

Eddie Hill has been referred to as the “coach’s coach” because he helps those in the coaching community motivate their players and build true teams. Eddie’s down-to-earth, practical style has been enjoyed by teams, organizations, and companies such as Wal-Mart, Sears, and Microsoft. In 2005, he was featured on Spike TV’s nationally syndicated program, The Reality of Speed, leading team building for a Nextel race team before the start of their season. Eddie is the president of Team Up, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas, which provides training, events, and team-building seminars for groups of all kinds. Eddie enjoys being creative in his speeches, writings, and videos, realizing people may not remember what you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel. He wants all coaches to feel great, realizing all the sacrifices they make to help all kids. Eddie is an avid golfer and volunteer mediator for Tarrant County. He earned his B.A. degree from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, and his Masters from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Eddie resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Karen, his son Austin, and his daughter Allison.
