Scott Hamilton

Scott Hamilton has been coaching high school football in Central Illinois for 16 years, the last 14 years as the head coach for Unity High School in Champaign, Illinois. During that period, the Rockets have amassed a record of 133 wins and 32 losses. In the process, his teams have won six conference titles in 10 years of conference play and have had four undefeated regular seasons. The Rockets have earned two state runner-up finishes (2000 and 2005) and have qualified for the IHSA state playoffs all 14 years. Prior to assuming his present position, Hamilton served as an offensive assistant coach at Hardin Calhoun High School, where the Warriors went 27-1 and won back-to-back state titles. Hamilton is widely respected as one of the top interscholastic coaches in the game.
