Jenna A. Bell-Wilson

Jenna A. Bell-Wilson, Ph.D., R.D., L.D., is an assistant professor of Clinical Allied Medicine in Medical Dietetics at The Ohio State University. A registered dietitian, Dr. Bell-Wilson’s area of expertise includes sports nutrition, metabolism, and exercise physiology. She is a nutrition and fitness writer, and an international presenter in the area of nutrition and exercise. She earned her undergraduate degree in nutritional sciences from the University of New Hampshire and both of her advanced degrees from the University of New Mexico. Dr. Bell-Wilson has written articles for a number of health-related publications, including Pilates Style, Fitness magazine, Men’s Health, Runner’s World, IDEA Health and Fitness Source, and IDEA Personal Trainer. In addition, she has been featured in a number of well-received DVDs.
