Linda Ross

Linda Ross, Ph.D., holds advanced degrees in both psychology and kinesiology. She is a lifelong athlete who has competed at the provincial/state, national, and international levels in several individual and team sports. She currently trains as an adult figure skater registered with U.S. Figure Skating and is also a member of the USFS Sports Science and Medicine Network and a regular presenter at the USFS Sports Science and Medicine Congress, held in conjunction with the US National Figure Skating Championships. With over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, and sport science industry, Linda is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Associate (NSCA), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She lives in the greater Seattle, Washington, area with her husband and dog.
