Bill Shepard
Bill Shepard is the former head football coach at Rockford Christian (IL) High School, a position he held from 2000-2006. He is a 1978 graduate of Taylor University (IN), where he played linebacker for the Trojans, earning three letters. He began his coaching career at Geneseo (NY) High School and has subsequently served on the staffs at Friends University (KS), North Park College (IL), Oak Park River Forest (IL) High School, Oregon (IL) High School, and Pinkneyville (IL) High School. Among the highlights of his exceptional career has been the opportunity to coach both of his sons, Mark and Matt, on the gridiron. Shepard currently lives with his wife, Sue, in Rockford, Illinois.
